1Introduction

Welcome to 1rokok, an online gaming platform dedicated to players in Malaysia. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 1rokok ("Platform", "we", or "the company").

By registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or using any part of the 1rokok platform — whether via the website 1rokok.fun or our mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be deemed as full acceptance of those changes.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 1rokok platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Registering under your own name using truthful, accurate, and current personal information.
• Must not have had a previous 1rokok account terminated due to a terms violation.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion program.

1rokok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Documents typically required include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, or other valid supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

3Member Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 1rokok platform. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, different phone numbers, or other registration methods — is a serious breach of terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any wins.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential.
• Not allowing any other person to use your account under any circumstances.
• Notify 1rokok immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your account information is always kept up to date and accurate.

1rokok shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by the account holder's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

1rokok accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow QR, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Regarding deposits: Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within minutes of a successful payment confirmation. If a delay exceeds 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team, which operates 24/7.

Regarding withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes once all of the following conditions are met:

• KYC identity verification has been completed and approved.
• No active bonus activity with pending wagering requirements.
• Account is not currently under a security review.
• The chosen withdrawal method must be the same as or equivalent to the original deposit method.

1rokok does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party financial service providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.

5Bonuses & Promotions

1rokok offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. All offers are subject to specific terms set for each promotion. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before the associated wins can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
• Each promotion has a set validity period; bonuses that expire without meeting the wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled.
• 1rokok reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or employing betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account termination.

Members who suspect any unfairness related to a bonus may submit a complaint to our support team. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated, and our decision is final in all bonus-related matters.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the 1rokok platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified by internationally recognised audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including 1rokok itself.

Specific rules for each game are available within the respective game interface. In general, the following conditions apply to all games:

• Game results recorded by 1rokok's servers are final and override any display on your device in the event of a discrepancy.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, bets already placed will not be refunded. Wins recorded prior to the disruption will be credited to your account.
• Minimum and maximum bets for each game are as specified within the game itself and may vary based on VIP membership level.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1rokok platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Use of bots or automated software to play or place bets.
• Fraud or manipulation game outcomes through any technical means.
• Money laundering — using the 1rokok platform to transfer funds from illegal activities.
• Multiple account registration by the same individual to gain bonus advantages.
• Player collusion (collusion) in poker or live table games.
• Unauthorized chargeback — filing a chargeback with your bank after a legitimate deposit.
• Threats or harassment to support staff or other players.

1rokok employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that operates around the clock. Any suspicious activity will be investigated, and the relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

8Privacy & Data Security

1rokok takes the protection of each member's personal information seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are governed by Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of this agreement.

In summary, we are committed to:

• Not selling or renting your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Using 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers.

• Providing you access to your own data and the right to request data deletion under the conditions set out.

9Limitation of Liability

The 1rokok platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1rokok makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

1rokok shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Unforeseeable service disruptions, including system maintenance, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Game outcomes that do not go in your favour — this is an inherent risk of gambling that you acknowledge and accept.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

10Account Termination

You may close your 1rokok account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, please ensure all eligible funds have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance in a terminated account will be returned in accordance with our standard procedures.

1rokok reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term in this document.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request from the relevant authorities.
• Inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

In cases of termination due to a terms violation, 1rokok reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. The final decision on any fund refund is subject to the findings of our internal investigation and, where necessary, the ruling of the relevant authorities.

11Responsible Gaming

1rokok is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be a fun form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial or emotional distress.

We provide the following self-control tools, which can be activated at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limit — set the maximum amount that can be deposited on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

12Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 1rokok platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration rules.

1rokok's decisions on all matters relating to game operations, rule interpretation, and game outcome determination are final and binding, unless a clearly proven technical error exists.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
